Does Not Commute combines clever game design with a humorously haunting story to create a standout mobile application. You control poorly-handling cars trying to drive across the neighborhood. Once youve successfully transported one car, your perspective shifts to another, only this time your drive is impeded by the car you just drove taking the exact path you just did. Youre essentially playing against both yourself, as you swerve to avoid the cars you controlled just seconds ago, and the clock, as you must complete all the routes in sixty seconds. This time can be increased by collecting disks on the road, but doing that means potentially running into the cars you drove earlier. Its challenging and compelling, made all the more so with the narrative. Every new car you drive brings with it a sentence or two about its driver. Through these vignettes, the game goes from innocent to strange to dark in a hurry. Mediocre have created a fantastic gaming experience in Does Not Commute, and if you enjoy the challenging gameplay, this app will quickly become one of your favorites.

Great fun, very addictive. I laugh hysterically every time I play.

I love how this game combines strategy, time management, and a story. Its a very unique way of telling a story, because its like a puzzle you have to solve in multiple ways.

This is a great game to have if you only have a little bit of time here they are you want to spend on a game. Cute, well done.

Its really fun and as stated in other reviews, it doesnt get repetitive but not in a way that makes you want to stop playing. And if youre like me and havent paid for the game yet (I plan to ^^) then when you finally get to the new map its a celebration!!

This is a clever, fun little game that you can spend hours to master or enjoy for a couple of minutes at a time. The premium version is a good price for this game and the free version is a perfect preview, because its the game! You have to buy the premium version to unlock some extras and to be able to return to where you left off instead of restarting at the beginning, so if youre having fun and want to do that, lay down a couple shmeckles

Fun but lots of repetition

Good thing real driving is not like this. Very interesting and amusing. Its a devilish, very clever game. There are hidden time bubbles. Also, if you have the premium upgrade, there is a practice button which you earn in the amusement area, level 3. This enables you to test out a run without a time penalty as many times as you wish. This additional feature helps in this challenging game. I dont understand the reviewers who criticize the developers for charging a few dollars for the premium upgrade. Why shouldnt they be entitled to make a financial return for all the thought and work that went into making this exceptional game? I finally completed the last level, and when I did, a gold colored box showed up on the screen with the disks for each level. The box included the time remaining after the last level and a name for that score. Initially I had a score of 3 (seconds remaining) and was called a Road Hog. Since then I improved my score all the way to 49 and now am called a Motorist. This gives the player an incentive to continue even after "defeating the game". The developers think of everything. This is a must have for those who like a real challenging driving game. If you are easily frustrated, it might not be for you.

The games OK I think but it would have been nice to know that continuing where you left off is only available if you buy premium. Pretty crappy way to trap someone into buying a "free" game. Uninstalled

Its a very fun mind challenging game you should get it

Ive giggled far too often for me not to write a review. This game is bundles and bundles and bundles of fun. Theres different ways to play: properly (trying to not crash into anything), crazily! (making as many wild turns and swerves as you can) and others. There are even hilarious little character details. Download and enjoy. You will not regret it!

The car is extremely awkward to control. Nearly impossible for me.
